Attention Students: There will be registration process changes made for the 2024-2025 school year.

Fall students: Continue to use the registration request form, drop/add, and withdrawal form found on the dual webpage.
Spring students: Beginning in November, students will request courses, get cleared and then manage their own drop/adds and withdrawals. THE COURSE REQUEST FORM WILL BE THE REQUIRED FORM FOR SPRING 2025.

The Registration Request Form will be available to DE students before registration opens.

Students need the following to make a registration request:

Raider Credentials (email and password)

a list of the class CRNs for Fall 2024, and a list of course prefixes and course numbers they wish to request for Spring 2025 (starting in November).

internet/computer and/or phone to access the online Dual Enrollment Course Request Form for their school or district.

DE students will access the form for their school or district from the DE Forms page to request the courses they wish to take in the Spring 2025 term.

The student will need to complete all required information before submitting their request.

Once the student submits a form, the parent will be prompted by email to sign the form giving approval for the student’s participation in DE. The parent’s signature will push the form to the counselor for final approval. Parents will be prompted to create a Dynamic Forms Account prior to signing the form.

When the form is fully signed and received by the DE Department, staff will process the form and comments regarding the student’s status will be placed in the DE Comment Section of the Form as well as populating in the email generated after the form is processed.

Students who are cleared for registration will then need to follow the steps to create their own individual schedules when registration opens. Spring Registration Opens November 12th.

In the spring term, students may alter their schedules during each drop add period in accordance with the approved Academic Calendar.

Once you have these items, follow these steps to submit the Registration Request Form

Directions for Completing the Dual Enrollment Registration Form:

1. Follow this link to complete the DE form associated to your school district. You will need to login when prompted so that your information is filled in.

2. Select your school district.

3. A registration form will appear for the county you selected.

4. Input the CRNS or Course Prefixes and numbers for the classes/courses you have chosen.

5. Ensure your parent has their Dynamic Forms Account completed. (Instructions provided here.)

6. Check over the information, sign, and submit the form.

**FOR FALL: Students should complete ONE registration form in a term and request all other changes on a Drop/Add form. Failure to do so could affect our ability to accurately process your registration requests.**
